Subscribe & Activate

After connecting your store, you’ll be prompted to subscribe. A subscription is required to use Woo Manager and enables push notifications for new orders.

Choose a Plan

After connecting, you’ll see the subscription screen with the available plans:

  • Monthly — Pay month-to-month, cancel anytime.
  • Annual — Pay once a year at a discounted rate.

Payment is handled securely through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings.

After Subscribing

Once your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

  1. Your store is registered with the Woo Manager notification service.
  2. An API key dialog appears — tap Copy to save your API key.

Save your API key! You’ll need to enter it in the WordPress plugin settings to enable push notifications.

You can paste the API key into a notes app for now. You’ll use it when setting up the WordPress plugin.

Start Managing Orders

After subscribing, you’re taken to the main order list where you can start viewing and managing your WooCommerce orders right away.
