Order Management

The order list is the main screen of Woo Manager. It shows all of your WooCommerce orders in one place, right on your phone.

Filtering

Use the filter chips at the top of the screen to narrow down your orders by status:

• Processing – orders that need to be fulfilled
• Completed – orders that have been shipped or delivered
• On Hold – orders waiting for payment confirmation
• Pending – orders that have not yet been paid
• Cancelled – orders that were cancelled
• Refunded – orders that were refunded
• Failed – orders where payment failed

Tap a chip to toggle it on or off. You can combine multiple filters at the same time.

Sorting

Sort your orders the way that makes sense for you:

• Date (newest first) – see your most recent orders at the top
• Date (oldest first) – useful for working through a backlog
• Amount (highest first) – prioritize your biggest orders
• Amount (lowest first) – find your smallest orders quickly

Pagination

You do not need to load all your orders at once. As you scroll down, more orders load automatically. Just keep scrolling to see older orders.

Pull to Refresh

Pull down on the order list to refresh and see the latest orders from your store.

Viewing Order Details

Tap any order in the list to open its full details, including line items, customer information, and order notes. See Order Details for more.
