Order Notes

Keep track of what is happening with each order:

• View existing notes – see all notes that have been added to the order, whether from your store, a payment gateway, or your team
• Add new notes – write a note directly from the app to keep a record of any updates or actions you have taken

Order Status

The current status of the order is displayed clearly at the top of the screen, so you always know where things stand.

View in Store

Need to make changes that go beyond what the app offers? Tap the menu icon and select View in Store to open the order directly in your WordPress admin panel. The built-in browser keeps you inside the app, so you do not lose your place.
