Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about Woo Manager below. For step-by-step solutions to specific problems, visit the Troubleshooting page.
What versions of WooCommerce are supported?
Woo Manager works with WooCommerce 5.0 and higher. Your WordPress site must also be running version 5.0 or later.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The app connects to your store using WooCommerce REST API keys over HTTPS, which means all data is encrypted in transit. Your credentials are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. We never store your WooCommerce API keys on our servers.
Can I use the app with multiple stores?
Currently, Woo Manager supports one store per device. Each subscription is tied to a single store URL. Support for multiple stores is planned for a future update.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, you have a 7-day grace period during which push notifications continue to work. After the grace period, notifications stop being delivered. To resume, simply open the app and it will prompt you to renew. Your store data and settings are preserved – you won’t lose anything.
How do I update my API keys?
Go to Settings in the app and tap Update API Keys. Enter your new Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. You don’t need to disconnect your store – the app will start using the new keys right away.
Does the app work offline?
The app requires an internet connection to fetch orders and receive notifications. Previously loaded orders may still be visible on screen, but you won’t be able to refresh or see new orders without a connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). In the app, go to Settings > Manage Subscription to be taken to your subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – you’ll continue to have access until then.
What permissions do the API keys need?
Your WooCommerce API keys need Read/Write permissions. Read permission is required to view orders and customer information. Write permission is needed to add order notes from within the app.
You can create API keys in your WordPress dashboard under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API. Choose “Read/Write” from the Permissions dropdown when generating a new key.
